The $399 enhanced setup is a proposed offer, not a currently supported fixed-price order. Additional migrations, systems integration, staff training and custom workflows require a separate written quotation. Standard $149 setup covers a bounded scope and one review.

The account report distinguishes requests, draft quotes, approved quotes, booked jobs and completed services. A submitted request does not count as a booking or earned revenue. Extra hands-on administration can be quoted separately; $75/hour is a proposed service rate, not a live automatic charge.

Pricing context: $3,500 is a planning benchmark for a complete marina service work order, with $2,000–$5,000 as an illustrative range. These are total pre-tax booking values, not a measured industry average. Actual prices vary with vessel and approved scope; the provider's signed-off service total determines any qualifying fee. The proposed 3% provider-funded fee is capped at $150. This is not an active billing rule and does not authorize charges. Pre-existing customers, cancellations, refunds and eligible booking value require clear written terms before launch.

Costs increase when your project requires multiple employees, importing existing customer data, multi-step scheduling, system integration or dedicated training and testing. Every larger setup starts with a discovery meeting, defined deliverables, a written fixed-price quote or capped estimate, acceptance criteria and a handoff review.

No particular ranking, lead volume, response time or booking is guaranteed. No payment is collected by this form.
