Growth requests have caps; Operations removes the eligible inquiry and quote submission count caps, not staff-capacity limits. These are not guaranteed customer arrivals. Usage is tracked in the Provider Request Desk.

Growth Partner is $49/month and Operations Partner is $149/month per linked provider business. Subscriptions begin only when an authorized business owner chooses a plan, accepts these terms and confirms payment through Stripe. They renew monthly until canceled. Applicable taxes, if any, are displayed at checkout. YardSlot does not charge for selecting a plan on the application form.

Providers submit work through the Request Desk. Growth includes 25 eligible inquiry reviews and 10 quote draft requests per calendar month. Operations accepts unlimited eligible inquiry review and provider-approved quote draft submissions with no monthly submission count cap. This does not promise unlimited dedicated staff hours, instant fulfillment or deadlines. Growth includes 20 follow-up drafts; Operations includes 50 follow-up drafts and 15 work-order support items. YardSlot records progress and provider-visible results. Pricing, customer communications and scheduling promises require provider approval. Requests are handled subject to available operational capacity and fair-use review, with no guaranteed response time.

Included requests are subject to reasonable completeness, verified business ownership and the scope of this service. Unused calendar-month allowances do not roll over. Additional services or overages are only undertaken after a new written agreement; no automatic overage billing. Independent provider verification follows the same evidence rules for every tier. Incomplete, repeated, abusive, unsafe or out-of-scope submissions are not covered by unlimited eligible request handling; no surprise overage charges apply. Free provider account tools remain available after subscription cancellation.

The $149 limited onboarding package is separate from monthly subscriptions. Larger setups involving multiple staff roles, import or cleanup of existing data, custom forms, automations, technical integrations, migration verification, training or testing require a written proposal with work scope, acceptance criteria, timeline and price. No setup is automatically included or charged by subscribing.

Providers may manage payment methods and cancel future renewals through Stripe's secure billing portal. A scheduled cancellation normally preserves paid service through the current billing period, subject to payment and applicable law. If payment fails or a subscription becomes inactive, new paid Request Desk submissions are disabled while free tools remain available. Refund or adjustment requests are reviewed against completed services, agreed terms and applicable law; refunds are not categorically excluded. Submit only customer details you have permission to share. Your business retains the decision to price, accept or decline work, send external communications and confirm availability. Active paid plans may receive sourcing priority among equally qualified, currently available providers, with Operations before Growth. Compatibility, safety, verified capability, availability and suitability outrank payment, and free businesses remain eligible. This is not guaranteed listing placement or exclusive sourcing. YardSlot cannot promise leads, bookings, provider responses, conversion or an increase in revenue. A subscription is not a warranty, insurance certification, or professional license approval.
