YARDSLOT FEES
Membership reduces YardSlot fees, not the provider bill.
Match: 2.5% with a $19 minimum and $149 cap. Managed: 4% with a $59 minimum and $499 cap for projects up to $25,000. The final approved quote separately identifies applicable taxes and payment charges. Fee examples below are illustrative, not a final customer quote.

Free requests, service matching, quote approval, booking and optional memberships — explained before you start.Do I need a membership to request marine service?
No. You can submit a sourcing or quote request for free. A paid membership is optional and reduces eligible YardSlot fees when a service is booked.
How does YardSlot choose a provider?
YardSlot uses the requested service, boat location, vessel dimensions, access, job scope and timing to organize suitable provider options around the request.
What if one provider cannot handle every part of my request?
YardSlot can source another specialist for the remaining work and keep the next service step connected to the existing request.
When do I pay, and what does the quoted total include?
Submitting a request is free. Before paying for a booking, review the customer-ready quote for provider scope, provider price, YardSlot fees, applicable taxes, timing and exclusions. Applicable payment charges appear in checkout.
Does membership reduce the provider's price?
No. Crew, Captain, and Admiral reduce eligible YardSlot coordination fees by 5% (up to $10), 10% (up to $25), and 15% (up to $50) per job, respectively. The provider's service price remains separate; there is no separate sourcing fee.
Can I manage or cancel a paid membership?
Use the customer portal's Manage billing option to review renewal information, payment methods, invoices and cancellation options for an active subscription.
What happens if a booking changes or a service cannot go ahead?
Contact YardSlot with the request reference. Any refund or adjustment is reviewed from the approved quote, provider terms, payment status and work performed for that booking.
