WHAT THE AMOUNT MEANS
Provider work and YardSlot charges stay separate.
YardSlot calculates Match and Managed fees from the pre-tax provider amount, with published minimums and maximums. Paid memberships reduce YardSlot coordination fees while the provider service price remains separate.Provider and YardSlot amounts
The provider service price and applicable provider taxes are separated from YardSlot coordination fees in the customer-ready quote.
Payment-method charges
When applicable, payment-method charges are shown in checkout before the customer completes payment.
If one provider covers only part of the requested scope, YardSlot can coordinate a separate specialist for the remaining work.

Subscription prices are billed separately. Discounts reduce only the YardSlot fee, and the amount saved cannot exceed the plan's per-job cap. Nonmembers pay the standard fee.

A membership becomes active from Stripe-confirmed subscription status. Renewal information, invoices and payment methods are managed from the customer's billing experience.
Changes or cancellation
Signed-in customers with an active billing profile can use Membership & Billing to manage the subscription and review the effective change date.

Service changes and payment adjustments stay tied to the booking.
If a job changes, contact YardSlot with the request reference so the approved scope, provider terms and payment record stay connected to the next decision.Before the job starts
Tell YardSlot what changed. Cancellation fees, date changes or eligible adjustments can be reviewed against the accepted quote and provider terms.
After payment or partial work
Use the request reference to ask YardSlot to review the paid scope, work performed, provider terms and available adjustment options.
Refund or adjustment eligibility is reviewed from the accepted quote, provider terms, payment status and work performed for that booking.
